Hi, it's me Baker (#243) and I just wanted to let you know what a HAPPY guy I am now that I have found a forever family. My new mom and dad keep saying that I am just whay they needed after loosing their golden girl Brandy a few months ago. My mom Nancy says that she's sure that Brandy sent me here to fill up her heart with love again and that she knows, without a doubt, I am just the guy to do it. And I know I am up for the job!
My dad, Don, takes me on long walks (or do I take him?) at the park. He says we have some work to do because I was never trained to walk like a gentleman on the leash, but I am doing a little better each time remembering who's walking who! I get along really well with all of the dogs we meet and at 100 pounds of great big boy he is happy that I am quick to make friends with dogs of all sizes!
My new best friend Rylee is a great wrestling partner. Sometimes we even push the furniture around when we get going, but Mom doesn't mind. Rylee is a golden just like me so we love to fetch any kind of ball, play tug of war, chase each other in and out of the dog door and do quick work of stuffed animals Mom buys for us. Life is good!
So I just wanted to say thank you for finding me such a great forever family and please tell Diane what a super foster mom she was. Golden Bond is the BEST!Love, Baker
