Our sweet Rosie (#1001) was adopted the day she had her coming out at the Golden Bond Volunteer meeting in Clackamas.
Rosie is a big beautiful girl who made her availability well known, going from person to person meeting everyone in the room. And it just so happened that a volunteer, Michael and his wife Kathleen, were there with their previously adopted Golden, Tobias, and it was love at first sight for all.
After several walks together and spending time in the truck together, it was obvious that Tobias and Rosie would make it for the long haul. So it was made official the next day after Rosie's final visit to the vet and all drove off into the sunset to live together happily ever after!

Katy, formerly Rosie (#1001), is doing great! We love her dearly. Our old golden, Tobias refuses to go anywhere unless she is with him. We are all moving to New York state next month and will lose contact with Golden Bond. Thank you all so much for the wonderful dogs. We hope to talk again before we leave.
