Success Story: Tucker (#1043)

Adopted June 2004

I'm Tucker (#1043). Golden Bond helped me find my forever family with Julie and Norm and my new best friend, Dylan. They have made me feel right at home, especially Dylan. There is a big back yard where Dylan throws the ball for me. We watch television together. And Dylan even reads to me — he's pretty smart for 4½ years old. Dylan says I am "his golden" and that's just fine with me. Thank you, Golden Bond. Hope to see you all at the picnic.

We are so blessed to have Tucker (#1043). He is such a wonderful dog and has become such an important part of our family.

He has adjusted extremely well. He and our son Dylan are best friends (particulary since Tucker discovered Dylan loves to give him treats) and they play really well together. Tucker is so patient and loving. We did discover Tucker is afraid of lightning but have found if we leave the TV on, the sounds calm him down. We had an issue with a hot spot but that has been cleared up. We had a few "pee" instances but that seemed to be a transition thing only.

We have had so many people ask where we got Tucker and we refer them to Golden Bond everytime.
