I've been wishing and wishing for a forever family for such a long time. I loved being with my foster folks and my Golden pals, Angel and Bear. They all kept telling me that I needed a family of my very own, with kids and all their friends. Someday we would find just the right family, it would just take awhile.

When Scott and Ellen, and their parents, Cynthia and Jack, came over to visit, I realized just how much fun it could be to be their dog. Scott and I played ball in the backyard and as the evening went by, Ellen (who is devoted to her cat, Anne Marie) even spent some time getting to know me. I was just about the happiest dog you could ever hope to meet.

We drove over to my new forever home a few days later and what a treat it was to find a big backyard to romp and play in, new friends to play ball with, and a warm and caring home that made me feel so welcome and loved immediately.

Every night, I sleep on my bed in Scott's room and am so happy to have him almost right beside me. Ellen is still partial to that big white and black furry cat, and that's okay. There's lots of love to share with both of us. I'm looking forward to trips to the beach and lots of walks with my forever family. Dreams really can come true!
