Jake (#1108) has gone to her forever home with Mark and Roberta. Human brother and sister are Blair, 13, and Stephanie, 11. This energetic, blond golden has been renamed Jade, so everyone will know she is a girl without asking.
Jade and Stephanie are planning on obedience classes to bring Jade's obedience and social skills up to snuff and for Stephanie to increase her knowledge and experience in handling a golden.
One of the first lessons for both Stephanie and Jade is the proper care and handling of the many stuffed toys who used to have full run of Stephanie's room.
Another early lesson for Jade was to understand that the powder room is not in the middle of the living room. She is getting the hang of it now.
We're looking forward to meeting a well mannered and happy Jade at next year's picnic. Jade, your foster mom and your original mom hope you will keep in touch.
