A recent email from Vickie, the new owner of Ruby (#1156), tells us, "She's definitely found her forever home with me. Ruby made herself right at home and we bonded quickly. She's a perfect lady in my apartment, never gets into anything and never makes messes. She waits quietly for me while I'm at work and when I come home she talks to me with all sorts of vocalization. We have a lot in common, since we're close to our 50's, both blonde, and a both a little overweight. I keep trying to teach her to play, but she doesn't have a clue what to do with a stuffed toy or ball. Her favorite past time is laying her head against my chest so I can kiss and love on her. When we're not hugging each other, she's content to take a nap by the front door. Thanks for Ruby! She's a perfect fit."
