Success Story: Lucky (#1312)

Lucky
Lucky (#1312) (now Wookie) came to us a couple of months ago. Because she was adopted during the Christmas season, she faced the daunting task of fitting in to her new family while entertaining a total of six out of town visitors. All in all, she handled herself magnificently, so attentive, so enthusiastic, so soft, always taking the time to greet everyone personally and thoroughly, leaving no aspects of their faces dry. No question about it, when it came time to load up the suitcases, no one wanted to part with Wookie.

Now she's really settling in to her routine of backyard patrols, barking at the squirrels and the local suburban black-tailed deer, walking in the rain and splashing in the puddles, rearranging her toy box, and chewing (mostly on the right things). All our thanks to Golden Bond Rescue for the very best of Christmas presents.
