Honey (#1332)

Adopted February 1, 2006

Honey
Hi! My name is Gracie, formerly Honey (#1332). I moved in with my new family in late January and love to play with my three new brothers.

When I was very young I was found as a stray by a family which cares for foster children. They thought I would be good for the kids, but having a puppy and caring for the kids was a bit too much. I then spent a few months with my Golden Bond foster family and enjoyed long walks in the woods, but was eager to find my permanent family.

The Woodland family came to visit me on New Year's Day, and I new immediately 2006 was going to be a lot better than 2005! I joined my new family a few weeks later and am now getting to know my new family and neighborhood.

I love to play with all three of my brothers. We play lots of games and they keep me really busy all of the time. When my two oldest brothers are at school, my youngest brother, who is 2-1/2, and I like to go on long walks with my mom or go out in our back yard and explore together. I also like to go running with my mom in the mornings or to the school across the street to play fetch.

My parents tell me that my grandparents have a house at the beach and that I get to go there in a few weeks. I can't wait! The beach will be so much fun!

Thank you Golden Bond for rescuing me and taking care of me while you found me a great, new and permanent home.
