Boy, have I ever found my forever home! I'm Farley! Perhaps I am not the best looking guy in the world, as I was rather neglected by my previous owner (not even sure who they were, as I was found as a stray up in Cowlitz County in Washington). I was on the road quite a while because I was about 20 pounds underweight when found. However, lucky me, the shelter called Golden Bond Rescue, and I was taken in and taken care of.
Not long after I got to my foster home, I was taken to visit the nicest people in Forest Grove who already had one dog and six cats! Wow, talk about company, this was heaven! These nice people overlooked my hairless tummy -- they looked deep inside and saw me for who I really am. I am so grateful, first to Golden Bond but especially thankful to Evelyn and Gerry, who saw me from the inside out and didn't go just by my looks. I am a real sweet fella, and the fun is that I get to eat three meals a day while I try to put on all this lost weight.
Thank you Evelyn and Gerry for bringing me home to have the best Christmas ever,
where it is wonderfully warm and loving. Santa brought me my gift early!
Love, Farley
