Success Story: Bonnie (#1688)

Bonnie melted our hearts from the moment we met her in May! Bonnie is an 8 year old, 100 lb golden "teddy bear"! She is definitely our Bonnie Bear!

She has such a loving, sweet, mellow personality and she is such a joy in our lives. Bonnie and our 2 cats quickly became friends and we have all bonded into one big happy family! Bonnie loves car rides and being outside, but most of all, she LOVES to be rubbed and brushed whenever possible.

Everyone who meets Bonnie falls in love with her - our vet and the vet's staff, the Petco groomer, our friends, family, and neighbors. Through special diet, walks, proper meds, vitamins, and lots of love and attention, Bonnie is walking with much less of a limp, has more energy, and has lost 3 lbs in one month's time!

We are so thankful to Golden Bond and the Golden Bond volunteers for all of their efforts, wisdom, and care in bringing Bonnie into our lives. We are also very thankful for Bonnie's Golden Bond Foster Family for taking such good care of Bonnie and for trusting our family to be Bonnie's forever home!
