Success Story: Murphy (#1708)

Murphy came to our home in April of 2008. We had met, and inquired, about several other Goldens, but because of my 2-year-old daughter it had to be the right match. Again and again we were told "Be patient, the right dog is out there." When Murphy walked into our house, we knew immediately that he was "the one" and that he would be staying forever. Murphy bonded with my daughter immediately, and continues to believe that she is his master. Of course, there is no argument from her on that one as he follows her around the house, waits patiently for her, and even lets her sit on him while she watches T.V. Murphy fits into our family like he's been here all along - and we can't imagine our lives without him.  bittersweet for her foster family but pure joy for us.
