Success story: Haley (#464)

 Haley 464
Thank you SO much for taking care of me and finding my FOREVER home. My foster family was awesome and my new home in Amity with Brian, Jennifer, Drew and Cinder is the best! I get hugs all day long from Drew and I love to wrestle with Cinder and take naps with her on OUR couch! Did you hear that? We have our own couch inside! My new family can't believe how active I am for 11 years old. I love to go outside and explore the cows and horses next door. (Always on my leash of course) I just love all the attention I get. Well, I have to go now... I think I see somebody who needs my paw! Thanks again Golden Bond Rescue. You're the best!

Love,
Haley (#464)

Update September 18, 2004

HaleyJust a note to let you know how things are going with Hailey! We have almost had her a year now and things could not be better. She is GREAT! She is 12 working on 13 now but she acts like a "youngster". She has several tumors that do not seem to bother her... she is definitely losing some vision and hearing but you just can't tell with her. She is one happy dog. And we are one happy family. I sent a picture so that you can see her adorable face. Hailey and Cinder (our other Golden) are the best of friends. Thank you for everything that you and GB are doing. We will definitely adopt another golden when that time comes. Have a great day.

Update January 4, 2005

HaleyDear Golden Bond Rescue,

We just wanted to give you an update on Haley. She is doing great! She is 12 years old working on 13 now and is healthy as ever. We have had her for just over a year now and she has COMPLETELY established herself as a member of the family. When she is not playing with our 6 year old golden Cinder, she is at our 3 year old's side. We attached a picture of her and Drew for you to see.

Thank you so much for all the homes you find. Haley will have a warm house, lots of treats and tons of love until the day she passes. And for everyone out there... we strongly recommend adopting senior Goldens. They are the BEST!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
