Success story: Ranger (#481)

 Ranger 481 Ranger 481
Ranger (#481) has gone to live on the farm in Lorane, Oregon, with Paula and Raymond. And on that farm they have — their grandparents next door; three children ages 6, 4, and 2; three cats; nine chickens; four pigs; two ducks; one turtle — and a partridge in a pear tree. Ranger will be the only dog to make sure all these other critters toe the line — making very sure he sticks to herding and not retrieving. So far there haven't been any duck dinners!

Linda has reported that he is just a great dog. The only naughty thing he does is steal food from the children. Well, he wouldn't be a Golden if he didn't! We wonder how much is stealing and how much is accepting a gift. She said they're working on it and Ranger is becoming a member of the family. Way to go, Ranger!
