Success Story: Daisy (#495)

Adopted February 2004

Daisy (#495) is adjusting very well to her new home and her new sister Athena. They are buddies now. We were worried they might not hit it off but they play and sleep together now, they're both bed hogs! Daisy is gaining weight fast, she was 67 pounds when we had her at the vet's last but has noticeably gained weight since then. Her eyes are opening more and she has become very playful. She has started to play fetch with the tennis balls but tired of it quickly unlike Athena who would play for days! Daisy loves our walks to the parks and playing in our backyard. We had had some issues with her chewing stuff up, but have figured out quickly that we just have to keep most everything out of her reach, especially the TV remotes! We are on our 3rd one! We are very happy to have adopted Daisy into our home, she makes us laugh all the time and I love snuggling with her. Take care.
