Morgan
April 4, 1988 -December 27, 2001
adopted October 2000
Morgan loved his walks . He was the only dog I've ever known who could untangle himself when the leash caught around his paws. His favorite walk was the Chehalis-Western trail, early in the morning.

Morgan loved to be brushed. If his sister Mollywas getting brushed he would push her out of the way and insist on his turn. Even if he had just been brushed!
Morgan lived slumber parties. He couldn't jump on the bed, so whenever one of us would lie down on the floor, he was right there beside us.

Morgan loved car rides. His place was on the floor betwween the front seats , just in case he needed his ears scratched during the drive.

Morgan loved his meals. He had a certain head way that he used only when it was time to eat and he could no longer wait.

MOrgan passed away on December 27, 2001. We were blessed with him for only for 14 short months, but we were honored to have loved him. We will cherish his memory and miss him forever.

I can't begin to tell you how much Morgan's passing hurts. He was a wonderful dog, loved by many. Thank you for allowing us to live with him and to love him.

Just a quick note to let you know how Morgan is doing. Great! He was a little reserved for the first few days , but then you could see him begin to relax. He and Molly romp and run together and Molly is very happy to have a friend with her when we're gone.

He still gets us up early- but not until about 6:30 and some days not until 7:30. We can live with that. Last night out kids wanted to have a "family slumber party" so we all slept in the family room and Morgan settled right down at our feet and stayed there all night.

He pretty much just ignores the cats, which is fine with our 2 1/2 year old. But the kitten thinks Morgans tail is a great plaything. And morgan lets the kitten eat out ot his food dish with him- that's quite a sight!

Thank you for your wonderful care of Morgan. We adore him and he seems happy here as well.

Sincerely,
Lee, Jennifer and ElizAmy
