Golden Bond Rescue of Oregon

Thank you Golden Bond for finding Buffy #1002 for our family! Our previous golden passed away two years ago and although we really miss her, we knew a puppy or young dog would not be good for us at this time. We discovered and applied with Golden Bond Rescue and before long they called to ask us to meet Buffy.

Of course we found Buffy to be just perfect for us. She adjusted to us and our family routine almost the very first day. She is gentle, loves people and other animals, and even at 11 years old is quite perky and loves to take walks to socialize and take in all the smells of the neighborhood. She is very calm and quite content to find a nice cool spot in the house or yard to spend the day checking out household activities, especially anything that might be happening in the kitchen!

We are amazed and still finding how well trained she is and all the words and things she knows. We quickly found out Buffy likes car rides, especially if the destination is some new place for her to discover. Buffy really loves to explore and meet new friends and we feel privileged to share in the adventure!
