Hello my name is Lady (#2142), but most of the time I go by Ladybug.  I am red with a little distinguished white on my sweet face and have freckles on my belly.  As far as my age, well, a Lady never talks about such things, but my foster mom says I am a young 7.  I had a good home but my kids grew up and the adults didn’t always have enough time for me so they talked with the folks at Golden Bond and decided that I deserve a home where I am the center of attention!  Sounds good to me!!

I get along with everybody and everything; dogs/puppies, cats, kids, you name it.  I also love going for rides in the car.  My foster dad calls me Chewbacca (you know, from Star Wars) because I like to talk to him. We carry-on the most interesting conversations!  I come when you call me (which foster mom says is a blessing) and love to be loved - who doesn’t?  I think I am pretty perfect.

Well, my foster mom says I have to tell you all my qualities even the ones that might not be so perfect.  I have mild skin allergies which are kept at bay with daily doses of Benadryl.  My foster mom just puts the pills in my food and I don’t even realize it!  Let’s see, oh, sometimes I pull a little on my leash.  I do pretty well until I come across another dog and then I do try and get closer because I am so excited to make new friends!
