Kobe #1904
Kobe (#1904) came to Golden Bond Rescue in 2009; he was released to us by his second family who only had him for a short time.
Shortly after he was in his foster home he was taken to the vet where they discovered blood in his abdomen. The vet felt that it was cancer of the spleen and the outcome for a Golden of his age wasn’t very promising, so Kobe became a permanent foster dog.

Kobe’s foster mom says that he is now over 14 years old and is the best of the Golden Oldies and is most often spotted with a minimum of two toys in his mouth – sometimes three. He is a large, furry love bug of a guy and makes me smile a lot.
