Reuger #212

Crossed the Rainbow Bridge October 13, 2004

Reuger (#212) (now Rooger),  Janice & Karl sadly announce the passing of Rooger on October 13th. We had 2-1/2 of the best years of our lives together and will miss him greatly. See you at the Rainbow Bridge, Roog!

Reugar's Adoption Story, March 2002

Reugar #212Hi! I'm REUGAR, THE GREAT, (#212) (now Rooger) and I just moved in with Janice and Karl and my new golden playmate, Toby. Janice is going to take me on walks with Toby every day. After I lose a few more pounds and get in shape, maybe I'll be able to walk as far as they can. How far is 5 miles? They're also telling me about hikes in the mountains. What is a mountain and is a hike different from a walk? Oh, it all sounds so exciting, and I'm sure Toby will show me the ropes. Thank you, Golden Bond, for helping me to find this wonderful, forever family and home.

Reugar's Available Story

Ruegar #212 is a very lovable, gentle, affectionate 8yr. old. He is just a big soft "teddy bear" and you just can't help but fall in love with this guy. He's a little overweight at this time, but with proper diet and exercise he should do well. Ruegar loves to go for short walks and looks forward to being svelt so that he has more stamina. He is well mannered and minds well. He knows all the basic commands. He has the softest and nicest blonde coat which he loves to have brushed. Although he is not a big "cat lover" he doesn't go after them, he just likes to growl or give a small bark just to keep the cat on his toes! Ruegar likes to sleep on the floor next to the bed (would rather sleep on the bed if you let him) and likes to lay close to wherever you are, he's a wonderful foot warmer. He has those big kind brown eyes of a Golden. Ruegar will make a great addition to his forever family, he has so much love to give, and he is always so very happy to see you when you get home from work and when you wake up in the morning- he greets you with a tail wag and a smile.
