Annie #1018

Crossed the Rainbow Bridge March 16, 2011

Annie #1018We wanted to let you know that our beautiful Golden Bond girl, Annie (#1018), passed away on March 16, 2011. She had hemangiosarcoma and crossed peacefully over the Rainbow Bridge in the comfort of her home and surrounded by her family — human, canine and feline.

We will miss her sunny disposition and her goofy dancing and singing for treats. She was such a wonderful addition to our family and was deeply loved by each and every one of us. She was adopted in Ashland in 2004 as a 6 or 7 year old, and we sure wish we could have had more time with her. She was truly a beautiful soul. Thank you for introducing us to this wonderful dog and giving us the opportunity to spend time with her.

I will be watching for another potential adoptee on your website. We loved our Golden Bond girl and would be open to another lovely Golden or Golden mix as an addition to our family.

Leanne, Keith, and Haley

Update November 3, 2004

Annie #1018Annie (#1018) is doing very well and is a very special part of our family. She is healthy and seems to be very happy here. She is very comfortable and looks foward to our daily routines, and especially our bedtime routine when she gets a biscuit! She even did well with my daughter's eighth birthday slumber party (six giggly girls). All of our friends and family love her and comment on what a great dog she is.

Annie #1018By Annie (#1018):  I am one happy bundle of Golden love since meeting Leanne and Keith and moving to my forever home in Springfield. My new world includes their daughter, 7; Nick, the poodle; and two cats. There's plenty of room and lots of love to share in our big back yard. We even have a pond, too. We enjoy good walks and a special treat is to go to doggy day care, where I am meeting so many new pals. My life is so joyful, I even wag my tail when I'm sleeping.
